All Absentee Bids will be strictly confidential. The bidding will not start
at your or any other absentee’s top bid. A Gehling Auction Co., Inc. representative will act on your
behalf to purchase the item at the lowest price. In the event that 2 or more individuals bid the same
amount on the same item, the first bid received takes priority. All absentee bids must be received 24
hours prior to the sale date along with a letter of cred for your bank. The letter of credit should state
the auction date, the item or items being bid on, and the offered price. All funds payable in United

The bidder agrees to be bound by Gehling Auction Co., Inc. standard bidder
registration agreement, to be forwarded at bidders request. Gehloing Auction Co., Inc. reserves the
right to revoke any bidding card at any time.
All items are SOLD as-is, where is no warranty or guarantee implied or
expressed by Gehling Auction Co., Inc. or the seller. It is recommended that bidder inspect or has a
personal representative inspect all items prior to the auction. Gehling Auction Co., Inc. does not
guarantee year, operation order, condition, or suitability of any items.
Successful bidder will be notified within 24 hours after conclusion of the
auction. Full payment, by cash, certified check, wire transfer, or approved check, is due upon notice
that absentee bidder has purchased an item.
The undersigned proxy bidder hereby irrevocably releases the auctioneers,
their employees or agents from any and all claims of any kind of nature with respect to the manner in
which they submit or execute the bid, including by not limited to the auctioneers’ failure, or whatever
reason, to bid on your behalf.
Minimum acceptable bid on any one item or lot is $500.00
Proxy bids will each be subject to a 2% buyer’s fee on each purchased item
(with a maximum of $500.00 per item).
Once the auctioneer says “SOLD,” the risk of loss on the item sold
immediately passes to the buyer, and thereafter and he or she has sole responsibility of the item
purchased.
